Push N Pull is designed to see if different levels of physical exertion permit different feelings of psychological and physical well-being.

The Push’N'Pull interface requires the cooperation of two users, who are connected by an IP network with high quality video conferencing software, to exert instantaneous and synchronistic actions at high physical intensity in order to complete a shared task. The visual interface was created to allow both users to gain a sense of requirement to operate together to finish the goal. If the goal was completed then a visual reward was given. This type of interaction along with the visual display provided interesting results with the experiences of the participants.
